SHIPPING

Dispatch & Delivery Times:

  • Orders are dispatched between Monday and Friday (excluding national holidays, pre-orders, or presale items).
  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to courier or customs clearance issues. LXT is not responsible for losses due to delays.
  • If you are planning to travel, allow extra time for delivery.
  • Couriers may contact you for delivery details. If unreachable, return shipping fees may apply.

Missing Deliveries:

  • LXT is not responsible for missing or stolen parcels. Ensure a safe delivery location for your parcel.
  • If your parcel is missing, contact the courier for proof of delivery. If still unresolved, email hello@liftxtremetribe.com.
  • We cannot refund missing parcels that were delivered to the address you provided in checkout.

Damaged Deliveries:

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, immediately photograph the damage and contact us right away with the images.
  • LXT is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening of the parcel.

How do I track my order?

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Delivery Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, our carriers may occasionally experience slight delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances. This is normal and usually doesn't require concern. However, if you're unsure, you can monitor your tracking details for updates or reach out to the carrier for delivery network information.

International Orders:

If your order has been shipped internationally using Australia Post, once it reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local postal service. For the most accurate tracking updates, be sure to check your tracking number directly with your local postal service.

When will my order ship?

Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia and dispatch timeframes are based on AEST business days and public holidays.

  • In-stock Orders: We will aim to ship orders within 1 business day of your order being placed.

  • Sale/Launch Periods: Expect up to 7 business days for dispatch due to high order volumes. Next-day delivery is not available during these times.

  • Orders with Pre-order/Pre-sale Items: If your order contains delayed dispatch items it will ship in full on the specified date for those items. All pre-order items will ship together with in-stock items at the pre-order specified date. For quicker delivery of in-stock items, please place separate orders.

Duties and Taxes on International Orders

For customers outside of Australia, please note that your order may be subject to customs clearance, as well as duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are beyond the control of Lift Xtreme Tribe, and the amounts can vary significantly depending on the country.

Key Points to Keep In Mind:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: Calculated based on the value of the parcel, and are not affected by any discount codes, store credits, or gift cards used. 
  • Responsibility: It is your responsibility to reach out to your local Customs office for more details on the fees for your country before completing your purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: Duties and taxes are non-refundable as they are mandatory for importation and governed by your country’s regulations.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay the fees and request the parcel to be returned to sender, you will be liable for the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
